Clayton State University School of Business Building
YLH Construction Company, Inc. recently completed the new School of Business at Clayton State University in Morrow, Georgia. The project is being hailed as a signature building for the campus and an important part of enhancing the reputation of the business school.
The building is 17,900 square feet with an ICF and steel structure, brick, granite and curtain wall skin and standing seam metal roof. CSU also expressed pride in the environmentally responsible construction methods used on the project. In addition to saving as many existing trees as possible, through the use of insulated concrete form walls and glass curtain wall, the building will have greatly reduced energy usage.
